Does Church of God Ministries apply administrative fees for mission projects?

Project fund goals include a support fee of 8 percent for all projects EXCEPT for approved theological institutions and approved capital projects, which carry a 4 percent support fee.  These excepted projects are marked with an asterisk (*) the Gift-Giving Guide.
